The Eastern Jewels Heirloom Blanket Posted on Tuesday the 29th May 2018 by Anna-Jo Sews I’ll admit it, I’ve had my eye on Janie Crowfoot’s Persian Tiles Blanket Crochet Pack for some years now.

I crochet really tight. The original pattern is 4x4 tiles, but I had extra yarn and it looked small, so I added an extra row. (Just repeated the top row in reverse.) I worked on this a few hours a day for maybe 4 months. I'm pretty slow when I crochet- probably because I'm usually watching TV, too.

Yes I've actually ordered a colour pack and I'm going to follow a pattern and stick to it hopefully.
